I didn’t start with a big plan—just a simple goal when I graduated business school to replace my $30K part-time job and build something that served my community...

So I launched a local nutrition-focused meal delivery business. I sold at markets, worked with local farms, and poured everything I had into creating something meaningful with my own two hands. It complemented my running + triathlon coaching side-gig at the time—both fueled by passion. But passion doesn’t pay the bills on its own.

And soon, I hit a wall. If I took a break—sales dropped. Some months I paid myself twice, other months... not at all. It was unpredictable, exhausting, and totally dependent on my physical presence.

I had no systems, no plan for scalability—just outdated advice from business school that didn’t really apply to the kind of freedom-based, values-driven business I wanted to build. And I remember thinking: I shouldn’t be this burnt out this young. Not when I was doing work I believed in. Not when I was creating something that mattered for my community.

So I started experimenting & relearning. I learned how to bring in income without being "on" 24/7. I took what I knew—how to create quality, trusted products—and added a new layer: a passive revenue stream that worked behind the scenes.

I created a $23 product. Set up a simple, repeatable sales engine. Without social media (which was a "must" for me at the time).

And it brought in $50K.

That’s when it clicked. I could build a business model that could bring in leads & sales while I took time away to be more present for my family, go on a vacay, or simply skip a market.

Since then, I’ve taught these systems at Gonzaga University and I now I'm here to help you do the same—turning your real-world skills and products into smart, flexible systems that sell on autopilot.
