General Conditions of Sale – AiCrafted Solutions

Article 1: Scope of ApplicationThese general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of AiCrafted Solutions LLC. Any natural or legal person who places an order via our secure online platform or through authorized channels is considered a "Client" of AiCrafted Solutions.

Article 1a: Age LimitAge restrictions apply: AiCrafted Solutions only accepts Clients aged 16 years or older for digital products (eBooks, templates, downloads, etc.) and 18 years or older for services (consulting, coaching, strategy sessions, workshops). We do not knowingly market to minors and reserve the right to remove or refund any user or order that does not meet these age criteria.

Any subscriber to our email list who does not meet the age requirement will be removed from our database immediately upon identification. Any client who has purchased services or products while under the minimum age will be refunded and denied access to the material or services.

Article 2: Order Placing an order on the website of AiCrafted Solutions implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Article 3: Price Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may include applicable state and local taxes where required by law. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment Payment is due at the time the order is placed, including for any pre-orders. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other digital payment options via secure third-party processors such as Stripe. Payment data is encrypted and processed securely. We are not liable for any breach of data on third-party platforms.

Article 5: Delivery Digital products are delivered via email or customer portal immediately upon successful payment, unless otherwise noted (e.g., pre-orders). Clients are responsible for providing accurate email addresses. AiCrafted Solutions is not liable for undelivered products due to incorrect contact information.For consulting services, delivery is defined as the execution of a scheduled call or the provision of contracted services within the agreed timeframe.

Article 6: Refunds & Cancellations Due to the digital nature of our products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. For consulting and coaching call services, cancellation requests are determined by an individual bases and must be made in writing at least 14 days in advance of start date to qualify for 50% refund. 100% refunds are not permissible unless requested up to 30 days in advance of first session due to the nature of missed opportunity and prep work for consulting sessions. Missed sessions are not refundable.

Article 7: Protection of Personal Data AiCrafted Solutions LLC collects and processes your personal data in accordance with applicable U.S. data protection laws. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the collection and use of your information for transactional, operational, and marketing purposes.You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link provided at the bottom of each message.

Article 8: Intellectual Property All materials provided by AiCrafted Solutions, including but not limited to digital downloads, templates, educational content, video trainings, and consultation strategies, are the intellectual property of AiCrafted Solutions LLC. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal business use only. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiCrafted Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services, products, or website. No guarantees of income or results are expressed or implied.

Article 10: Applicable Law These general conditions of sale and any disputes arising from their application or interpretation shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. By using our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spokane County, Washington.
